The manufacturing company VLK-Chernozemye was founded in August 2009.
At the time of its inception, the company consisted of two founders, one production worker, and one driver. In October 2009, VLK-Chernozemye released its first batch of finished products (5 tons) and sold it on the market in the city of Lipetsk.
Realizing the great potential of the paint and coatings manufacturing segment, the company, in less than a year after its founding, changed its location, thereby expanding its production and warehouse space.
At the same time, a sales department was created, initially consisting of just two people. The company’s founders and a small but highly motivated team dedicated all their efforts to establishing themselves as a reliable and customer-oriented manufacturer and supplier of paint and coatings.
The year 2013 marked a turning point in the company’s development.
VLK-Chernozemye once again relocated its production and administrative resources to a new facility, as its rapid growth had made the previous location too small. The new premises, which met the company’s production and administrative needs, along with a strategically advantageous logistical location, enabled a significant leap in development.
The sales department of VLK-Chernozemye also reached a new level. Ongoing professional development training helped expand the client base and establish a distribution network in the regions of the Central Federal District. The company’s workforce continued to grow, production capacities increased, and employees’ professional expertise improved, all of which allowed the company to firmly secure its position among other paint and coatings manufacturers.
As we all know – there is no limit to perfection!
